Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
